I remember the first time I met my boyfriend. I had just finished up a run on the treadmill and was feeling a bit dizzy and stumbled a little bit when I got off dropping my water bottle onto the floor. I leaned over to pick it up and when I began to walk towards the free weights there he was looking at me with concern. "You all right?" Workout: Remember Your Buddy!
